About Us

The Hawthorn Club has been at the heart of the community of Cantley in Doncaster for over 60 years. Located close to Doncaster’s famous race course and nearby town centre, it has over the years become popular with coach trips and race goers from all over the country.  A member of the CIU & Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies we feel passionate about our local community.

Award Winners and Charities

Winners of multi Club Mirror awards including best turnaround club, best committee and proud of it's community club award. We host several charity events per year for local charities and have sections within the club also holding there own event for charities like Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Whether you're popping in for a quiet drink, meeting up with friends, our team of staff are dedicated to providing an exceptional service and a friendly welcome, ensuring you are catered to throughout your time here with us. Our well stocked bar boasts a variety of options, from beers, lagers and ciders, to wines, spirits and ales
